As far as events and plots go, players are entirely in charge of this happening. There's a lot of room to get creative and do whatever you feel. If your idea involves using the caretaker account, just shoot the account a PM to get the password to log into it. ALWAYS, ALWAYS get the general yay or nay before you try to do an event or a plot! This is just common courtesy so that players who don't want to get involved, or are busy but would love to get involved at some point, know about it before hand! If characters are going to get hurt or die, put up a permissions post and ask who would like to volunteer!

On the subject of memes, since this is a musebox, memes do not need to be posted in a special community. A meme is what is considered an event -- no matter what it is (tfln, 7 minutes in heaven, random icons) -- it takes place in the RP environment. All you need to do is tweak the meme to fit the environment.
